Also, it was compressed and missing quite a bit of thehigh end.  I decided to do a small EQ with CoolEdit, upping the highend a bit.  This is generally against my DAT->CD methodology, but in thiscase I think it was warranted.  I then did the resample with CEP @ 999 qswith Pre/Post filter.  On top of that, there is a tiny digi-blip within this song.
